Placing an order on our site:
By placing an order on our site, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and agree with our terms and conditions. After placing an order for our products, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted by us but it does constitute an offer to us to buy the product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched.
Within The UK:
All of our products are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-For (Within The UK) and will have a tracking number. We can not control delivery times once orders are in the possession of Royal Mail but they do aim to deliver within an estimated 1 to 2 working days. If you need your order urgently please contact us as we can send your order by Special Delivery next working day. There is an extra charge for Special delivery. Please note: We do not profit from shipping charges – we aim to just cover our cost for shipping plus packaging materials.
All of our products are sent by Royal Mail International Signed-For or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (Outside the UK) and will have a tracking number.
Please note: International deliveries will take longer. EU deliveries take approximately 5 to 7 working days and international deliveries (outside the EU) will take approximately 7 to 14 days. These delivery times are estimates only and occasionally international deliveries may be delayed by customs and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive at their destination.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK we are not liable for any import duty. You must check with your customs agency if there will be any duty charge applied before they release your package. All of our items are located in the UK and will be posted from the UK.
We make every effort to dispatch your goods in a timely manner. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any subsequential losses incurred once they have been dispatched.
We want you to be happy with your items but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to exchange or give you a refund. We only ask that the item/s must not be damaged and must be returned to us in the original packaging. You must return the item to us within 14 days from receiving it.

Banknote Descriptions / Grading:
Whilst we grade our banknotes as accurately and honestly as possible, we are not professional graders. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then rest assured we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise.
All banknotes for sale are Uncirculated unless otherwise described in the listing. The images used by us are our own images and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission and are subject to copyright. The banknote you receive may have a different serial number to the banknote pictured.
Just World Banknotes does not conduct foreign currency exchange or money transfer services of any kind. Our services are limited to the retail sales of collectible banknotes from around the world to collectors.
